Very Good Company for Permanent Employees, Supporting Staff members, No issues for Leaves. Medical Emergencies are taken care on priority.

Dislikes

No Job Security for Contractual Employees, even if you are under Tata Motors Company Contract. I had got Promotion, faced 6 Rounds of Interview and It was being said that since you are normal Graduate so you will be under L6 Level and Later on You can complete your MBA through Distance learning or Tata Motors academy and Later on in due course of time you will have to submit the MBA Degree. I received the Documentation mail also to complete it asap, multiple reminder as well. Got Verbal and Wattsapp communication from HR dept and Seniors also that I am selected for TSM Bangalore. All the Product Specialist were supposed to face a Interview and 01 Round took place as well. But later on it went on hold, after continuous follow up it was being said by the HR that you are not an MBA candidate so the Management has put it on hold and we are sorry that this year the contract will also not get renewed and Company is dissolving the entire Profile of Product Specialists. Introduction had also happened with VP, mail received for Documentation, Verbal Communication Received by the seniors but nothing happened.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

Dislikes

I was in training for near about 2 year. After completed my training I have to left company, and after they never called me for joining.
