What I like is environment in office it's huge it has playing areas and natural air , other than that nothing what I like

Everything is lacking here even you talk about - 1.Salary- greater than zero but less than expectations 2.work life -balance to poor 3. Job security is like same as every it company ( kabhi bhi laat mar denge ) 4. Increment and promotion - either nothing or 0-10% 5. Workload - as much as you can do they will appreciate but without increment 😊 Note*- this is experience from WILP student it may vary from person to person and role, account.

Salary on time . Incentive will be given to 10/1500 employees.

Dislikes

So job security when your team lead will put in into bench we can't say . Saturday is extra day but if you're TL want you to reach the target of the week then you should work for free even after completing your shift you should complete your Target after reaching home. No proper salary hike. There is much politics in the office . Hr won't contact you until you put your papers or in the notice period.

...rk environment and culture .Teammates supportive and the management transparent.company policies are good give good salery hike and bonus every year it's my develop my career experience.

I have not able to company motive and if the politics I will join the I need develop my career knowledge

As a basic entry level its good for getting experienced and learning more about corporate.

Dislikes

The only dislike I have is salary issue, Wipro is paid very less when compared to other companies who are aligned for the same job role.

Nothing, worked 7 years under a manager with no promotion no growth no salary hike , even though generated so much revenue for account with handling 15 member team for 4 years.. finally they say good bye..better know when to quit, hard work intelligence doesn't matter always

It's a toxic work culture where people are promoted based on their region , language, my north indian manager promoted couple of guys from his hometown and even got them H1B , I140 approval , while the hardworking and talented individuals from south continue to keep working and are rarely considered...keep pushing your manager for something after so many years in the account, all you will get is a rotation policy based release from account...learn how to hold a bucket else you will get lost in this vast and corrupt corporate world..
