No Promotion, no training, no skills, no appraisal, no good salary hike, only flat structure, Like as I can say not a single employee is happy over there. They can transfer your department whenever and as they like as per production need.

It is as low as zero for worst performer & then 10%, 75% & 125% in increasing order 6) No defined scope of work 7) No lateral movements 8) work as individual contributor throughout your career...

If you can forget the culture of the company it gives you opportunity to learn at very fast pace compared to big giants. This company is best for freshers who join directly from IIT/NIT. The reason I say that you will have all the facility/infra like canteen, recreational center and hostel. You can use these facility for two years and focus on competitive exams as in company no one cares what GTE's do for one or two years.

...re is pathetic, boss is always right is the ideology. Open politics and biasing. The variable pay is 15-20% of the base pay and you never get the variable pay irrespective of profit that company makes. There are no goals set and at the end of review (well there is no goal setting or performance review system here, you get to know your rating when the salary is credited in account) it's the image you have in your bosses head what gets you good or bad rating. If you are a person who can keep your boss happy irrespective of how it affects the company then this is the company for you. No one trusts anyone even in the same team. HR has to do nothing with what goes on with employees, they are only bothered about how to cut salaries of employees and add that to company profit.
