Partiality doing Tamilnadu people to Karnataka people in the employment, pramotion, manegement , committee, salary pay scale , shift shedule, laptop facility,no ethics and respect, engineering department almost Tamilnadu people only get max. Employment,

Working with new technologies and new concept and with different types of machines. Company gives life to many people's to take care of their family members.

Food not all good. Salary hike not given. Culture not good. Rest room not maintaining properly.

About increment nothing clarification when will get letter. They will give increment or not nothing disclosed. HR management is not handling properly

Working is good for learning new thing in process.

Dislikes

Giving very less package to experienced compared to GET. GET - 6 LPA and 4 to 5 experience - 4 to 5 LPA. Also work culture also very bad. Work life is not maintained.
