Giving very less package to experienced compared to GET. GET - 6 LPA and 4 to 5 experience - 4 to 5 LPA. Also work culture also very bad. Work life is not maintained.

Good environment ,culture and security safe guarding. Company infrastructure is good and they traing more than lakhs of people. This job is saved life of many poor peoples.

There is lots of politics in certain departments. Salary is less and career growth also not providing.
