Work life balance is not considered at all. One has to work every single day and that too without any extra pay. Culture and behaviour of seniors are very rude and they bash folks but never help them out

Worst possible work culture you could find. No vision in terms of growth. Worthless people at leadership The company has an extreme toxic environment where working on weekends without any compensation is very normal Also, there are lot of forced resignations within the organization. The company forces the employee to resign so that it does not come in any of the layoff news

31st of every month, you get the salary like a dog. thats it, no growth, worst culture ever. Dont join the company if you are reading this. this the worst company to work in. Its better to be jobless than work here.

Everything here is the worst. teams are as toxic as they get, no one gives a f about your career, life or growth. In the beginning you might think its a nice place, but time will tell you otherwise. DONT JOIN TATA DIGITAL. If you ask how the company is to people on linkedin, they will never tell you the truth, no one will considering the risks involved.

Good pay. High learning curve with cutting edge latest technologies. Job security. Since it is a startup, we get the opportunity to build everything from scratch.

Very few benifits like reimbursement, goodies. The organisation is a bit disorganised & unplanned.

Fast pace environment, regular changes in product side motivates you perform and prove yourself, but its cons are that work-life balance suffers sometimes.

It happens that the dev leading the team who is more experienced is at lower package than the other team-mates because of multiple company policies and x/y/z reasons. Release dates and features changes very frequently which demotivates the employees
