The work culture of Siemens is very good in this project. Teammates are so supportive. Job security is there but unless your performance degrades. Otherwise no overall satisfaction.

In every aspect the overall development is fixed. Carrier growth opportunity is their but no growth in salary. You can get good salary only when you are newly joined in the organization. No salary hikes since 2 years. No bonuses.

Good to join company, but no job security, upper management is not at all good no bonuses one time Training overall it's not a good company if you think you will grow here then forget.

Upper management is not so good not in terms of work or anything but in terms of growth company only hires you but can say goodbye to you anytime wether you fullfill your targets on time or achive more targets then also you can work only for 2 years company is going to through you out in 2 years

In my working life from 2016 to 2019 i learnt lot of thinks in positive, and that project also good.

Dislikes

in the working life in 2016 to 2019 that HO staff communication , Behavior, and supporting nature was so bed, and also after left from job till now they don't update my epfo India DOE date, and after lot of mail, phone call they relies my experience letter. For that only i dislike till now. if some one actually reading this kindly do correct this otherwise no one can't stay in TPCDT for long time with happily. i left from 30th April'2019 but today is 26 Sept'2019 is going to five month but they don't update my EPFO. and also lot of think are have in my mind but i can't explain. sorry for that but i am saying you very truth.
