I love the company policies. I saw honesty everywhere. Even though in pandemic time, all employees are treated well and full salary credited. And I like the appreciations given for our efforts. And even if you are a junior or fresher all are treated as same as Senior employees. Equal opportunities to all. I love the time spent in TCTS.

Poor promotion policy, slow career growth cycle, appraisal given not satisfactory, less salary, no free transportation for women and all employees working in night shift.

Good Work Environment and abide to TATA policies

Dislikes

...sed and people working in client have to abide client policies and procedures . TCTS to take control of weekend pay and off days pay in favour of employees and provide the billing to client properly Overall Good . -Talk to employees before changing policy,HR need to talk with people if they have health or personal difficulties else loyal employees will leave permanently, they dont cry and come back.
