High level Micromanagement you won't survive. Changing rules on their own mindset. Except salary you won't get any benefits. Work life balance is poor. If you want to work here better move off within 2 years.

...d professional Company want to take and most are loss making. Too much politics. They will attract you with good pay while joining but that will be a dead lock for your career. No further career path nor avenues nor financial betterment. Especially if you are in the pink of your career joining TCTS would be a suicide.

I really enjoyed working in this company and the work environment here is also very good.

I have been working here for 2 years but till now there has been no increment in salary and there has been no increment in the post, so due to this I am facing some problem.

Good Work Environment and abide to TATA policies

...sed and people working in client have to abide client policies and procedures . TCTS to take control of weekend pay and off days pay in favour of employees and provide the billing to client properly Overall Good . -Talk to employees before changing policy,HR need to talk with people if they have health or personal difficulties else loyal employees will leave permanently, they dont cry and come back.

...is under no obligation to provide reasons for decisions taken. decisions like why an employee was not given any VP or Bonus amount how an employee in same team with same experience and expertise got promoted...
