Timing is good and the way company treat employees is good but the salary hike as compared to TCS is less in TCTS .I have worked I TCTSL Chennai.Even we do not have the free cab facility atleast we use the cab in tctsl we have to pay according to the band and it will cost high and the salary structure is very low for the 2018 joiners....

We have plenty of leaves for the year.

Dislikes

...e a non engineering background people when they don't want them in organization. Hire non engineering people and give them less salary with no increment for years. Many colleagues of mine from engineering and non engineering background are facing increment and promotion issue.. we don't have promotion here. Example. If your salary starts from 2.4L, it will get incremented by 3.3L in 3 and half year to 4 years of experience.
