Timing is good and the way company treat employees is good but the salary hike as compared to TCS is less in TCTS .I have worked I TCTSL Chennai.Even we do not have the free cab facility atleast we use the cab in tctsl we have to pay according to the band and it will cost high and the salary structure is very low for the 2018 joiners....

Everything is good but salary hike is very less in TCTSL and even we do not have the free can facilitie too...

...e a non engineering background people when they don't want them in organization. Hire non engineering people and give them less salary with no increment for years. Many colleagues of mine from engineering and non engineering background are facing increment and promotion issue.. we don't have promotion here. Example. If your salary starts from 2.4L, it will get incremented by 3.3L in 3 and half year to 4 years of experience.

If you are good in buttering then this company is for you.. Many are surviving without any knowledge and having good salary. But if you are a smart worker and do your job honestly then you will not get anything..

Salary is too low and management is loosing there best employees due to management don't want to increase the salary.

...lways giving one statement we will see after Six month as per your performance.. N after six they say your performance is not good n their no budget to give you hike in salary. I worked for 8 years in Tata..

...defines your increment and promotion 2) No peer to peer respect in same group . 3) No notable recognition in teams 4) 4% to 8% hikes on lower base salary 5) Head of Solutions - was not an engineer, Head of Sales (B2B complex solutions) - is not an engineer. 6) Mostly Babu people from Bihar (Not being racist, just observation) 7) Review's 3 days a week, don't know when should one work 8) No stable products. Wish the brand took cognizance of their market acceptability. 9) Customers chasing the teams for giving results, not the other way around.
