compensation is decent but growth is very slow, salary has increased only once in the last two year but very little

Very less salary,Lots of work pressur, only one day week off that too not fixed. May times I have to work for continus 12-13 days and got only one week of. My social life is totally disturb due to that.

1 . No Hike 2 gender discrimination ( say if ur woman hard to get WFH due to pregnancy) 3. sometimes don't get leaves 4. Management / Managers behaves like school. 5. no career growth

...vironment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is some amount of politics within the corporate life. There is slow growth with the position.
