1 . No Hike 2 gender discrimination ( say if ur woman hard to get WFH due to pregnancy) 3. sometimes don't get leaves 4. Management / Managers behaves like school. 5. no career growth

Company is good for entry to middle management role , lot of learning and exposure is available. Culture is good. Perks and other employees benefit are really good.

...eople and it’s really important to make your presence feel to be on top list. Salary is good but growth will be slow once u reach to middle management.

...e a non engineering background people when they don't want them in organization. Hire non engineering people and give them less salary with no increment for years. Many colleagues of mine from engineering and non engineering background are facing increment and promotion issue.. we don't have promotion here. Example. If your salary starts from 2.4L, it will get incremented by 3.3L in 3 and half year to 4 years of experience.

...unt in anticipation of some automation efficiencies that are yet to be achieved. Salary range is on lower side as compared to peer companies and increments are pathetic.
