Leaves , WFH policy , Flexible timings and no forcing to come to office. Also like across the organisation you will be supported properly if you are going through tough life phases. This is an amazing company.

Dislikes

Salary and Perks are not that much. If you are in a Management role chances are you will be getting more money as compared to other job roles. Also some very very few teams have toxicity but overall this is a really good company if you want everything overall. But mind you salary and promotion aspects are real slow. You need to play politics.

1 . No Hike 2 gender discrimination ( say if ur woman hard to get WFH due to pregnancy) 3. sometimes don't get leaves 4. Management / Managers behaves like school. 5. no career growth

Apart from the average compensation everything about the work place is best . Learning and responsibilities to me were very helpful to build a good career base and I have been offered more than 125% of my current CTC. Work life balance and healthy work culture yet alive offices where people do make moves and grow . What a great place to start with , always great full.

Compensation can be way higher but also depends bon your management.
