1.management should be more attentive to the needs of client as well as solve their representatives problem 2.management should meet up with their employees at least once a month and talk about the problems their employees are facing and at least try to solve or at least provide a solution 3.lack of growing opportunities.management most of the time hire people from outside the company and very rarely there is a promotion even at lower level management. 4.no office outside Mumbai.especially when the company is doing business all over India it should at least have an office in the major cities.

Unfair pay structure Low salary as per market standards Bias behaviour of organisation for permanent and contractual staffs. No growth opportunity provided for contractual employees who have even worked for 5 years +. Very less increments. Credit will taken by seniors. Not much learning and scope for interpersonal growth.
