Credit team wouldn't do any thing in system only reject the case. Wheather customer is eligible or not. Credit team has no experience about their products. They only do rejection in the system. RCM haven't knowledge between OTC and PDD meaning. Worst experience from here

Tata Capital is excellent company for in house team also they are given best opportunity for his in house staff

In Tata capital have two group for working one is on roll team and second is third party pay roll team for third party pay roll employees are not getting any benefits as for pay roll team also they given big pressure on third party pay roll team for work out it is big pressure on third party pay roll for work out

Here the company does not take the responsibility of the employees, without any reason, the salary of the employee is withheld. My last month's salary has not yet come in this company and I have also informed HR, still I have not received any further response.

...agement is transparent there is a huge cefeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisales are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given new joinees.
