They are using sales force domain for login which to assemblage of trash which is too assiduous and waste of time and they are following old traditonal way not cop up with 21nd century advanced cloud platform for betterment of loan process . Here no one is listening to your queries and clearing your doubt only listen and work like a brainless robot to earn money . Everything There is no leave and no time limits Every day branch close around 9PM and open early morning at 7:30 AM and there is no any break in real time but in company police different totally bad for timing and too much pressure

There has no salary growth and learning. Current company's work culture is full of with the company politics and seniors are treating their employees as a machine and you are not allowed to take a sudden leave if you have a medical emergency then you have to inform them earlier for the leave

There is no week off, our senior manager always ask to work on holiday even on Saturday and Sunday with no work life balance. He always pressure that your first priority will be company even your family have big tragedy he never gives you leave. If you work on holiday he never compensate like company never gives you comp. off.
