Infinity batch (Cader, Freshers) are treated like use and throw tissue paper. Company take advantage of freshers in the name of salary offering and position offerings.
The company is destroying name of TATA. The Brand TATA is known for people's benefit and value for people but TATA AutoComp System Ltd is completely opposite of this.
I recommend freshers to not get into their false promises. Take a lesser package and position instead of destroying your career here in this worst TATA company.
One more this to highlight is that the very awards they are getting is by providing complete false information the ground reality of the company and their business units is disgusting.
This company is a disaster in anyone's career.

Likes
Learning is alot if you can work on various departments.
Good company for freshers and less experienced persons.
Dislikes
The salary bracket & increments. And the "Sir" culture. Everyone use to call every next colleagues sir, which affects every thing related to hierarchy. It should be flat hierarchy to achieve fast moving successful projects.
Time to time salary and increment but only for those who doesn't work.
Dislikes
Huge politics in everything.
Only limited person get good increment and promotion.
No employee engagement.
Support only for few department.
Few peoples are not able to write emails and he's a head of department...
