... over there. manager get your business in there code. worst working environment. even your salary half of the part has been spent by bank staff by the name of the lisening. you can't able to give time to your family and get frustrated. even on holidays they called you for the sourcing of the business and waste your time on the name of pathshala training. if you are single and don't have worth in another company than you may join. but on serious note your life will gone a hell. your TSM has its self sourcing code but due to employment pressure you also have to give business to him for the activation. not a penny of incentive you get in this company and not a single MIS shared regarding your incentive slab. they only want you to work like a salavery. in each and every morning meeting they realise and feel you shame and demotivate you regarding that you are getting this salary and not doing enough business. even they had medical tieup with star health and if you or your family gwt admit in the hospital there is no support from anyone in the company and at last you have to pay it from your pocket.

... in this company is the surname of Tata. They misuse the name of Mr Ratan tata. One side he has paid the salary upto 60 years to those who died due to covid and here this organisation's superior threat you every everyday that you will lose your job. They will fire me. If you truly want to know the culture just call any cam and ask about his personal life. Literally he will cry.

Of we have the great leader like Ratan tata sir, that doesn't mean his entire lower management is polite and same as his personality. They are just sitting like a govt employee and torn the frontline. No hierarchy of communication, no manners to talk, they call u beggar, call u silly and useless, from stating of the first month generate pressure of the March month, hold your confirmation, no reimbursement will be paid if u are suffering from pendemic. No medical will be paid several consequences will be given to u. Personal advice from bottom of my heart please dont come in tata aia hdfc channel. U will no more a family man.

Dislikes

Not a single thing as dislike in this company. Compensation is decent. Some times working hour is more than we are expecting but its manageable.Managers are valuing all the employees and they are very supportive. Arranging all the meetings in a good manner but travelling to the main office from my hometown is little bit difficult still its manageable.

MANAGEMENT NOT VERY GOOD THEY AVOID GOING IN THE MARKET AND MEET THE BRANCH STAFF ONLY PUT PRESSURE ON LOWER MANAGEMENT TO DO BUSINESS IF WE SUGGEST THEM TO COME AND MEET BRANCH MANAGERS THEY SHOUT WHY I HIRED YOU? IF I HAVE TO DO THIS.

My CM Karan Bagga was not good , due to him I'm terminated from the organisation in the case of compliance audit ,,all whole sole is responsible for that. All sign documents was check under the supervision of Senior manager. My 4 year career is zero. I'm in the condition to suicide but thanks to my previous TSM Karan Singh who support me in my tuff situation. I would appreciate if this type of suffocating thing will not happen and make sure like My CM should not be working.
