Job Description
- Provide support in Sales of Life Insurance business through bank customers at bank branches across assigned locations
- To consistently achieve the set targets set for
- To possess excellent communication skills for effective interactions with Corporate clients in terms of explaining TALIC Products/ conducting need analysis or addressing their queries
- Managing a portfolio of Top tier corporate clients being the single point of service contact
- Sound knowledge on Insurance Products knowledge with understanding
- Initiate, lead and manage a framework to achieve business targets consistently
- Adhering to TALIC policies and providing need based selling support by conducting joint sales calls with the Relationship Managers
- Adhere to the partners touch-point engagement in order to service his portfolio of corporate clients
- Adhere to the Activity Management framework advised
- Ensure compliance to internal sales process & other compliance standards
- Build relationship with the Channels Partners Relationship Manager and ensure the business targets and Productivity targets are met effectively
- Working closely with RMs in providing excellent and differentiated customer service
- Maintain utmost levels of responsiveness to requirements of channel partner
- Develop networks and build alliances with the stakeholders to fulfil their requirements
- Ensuring timely issuance of policies by providing support in resolving all pending etc.
- Keep all operational guidelines updated and ensure adherence to underwriting procedures
- Should be high on interpersonal and influencing skills
- Should posses objection handling skill
- Leveraging existing relationships well and to be mature in creating strong personal rapport and build long lasting relationship
- Ensure compliance to internal sales process & other compliance standards
- Should be process & product champion to ensures adherence to policies and procedures to cultivate a compliance culture in the team
- Adhering to the Training Road Map
- Providing Timely Reports to the supervisors as per the requirements
- Product/Subject matter expertise
- Business perspective & planning
- Finance / Insurance industry awareness
- Self management
- Problem solving skills
- Peer level co-ordination and influencing skills
