...en to parents here the employee need to be paid to cover her parents
Employees getting minimum salaries and in that minimum salary there is no benefits..
They follow the message received from top end, not even understanding possibility,situation and reality

...ouritism and internal politics, even top performance with 250% achievement also not even get any promotion, increment,bonus from this TATA AIA, this kind of work culture will ruin brand name soon.
... over there. manager get your business in there code. worst working environment. even your salary half of the part has been spent by bank staff by the name of the lisening. you can't able to give time to your family and get frustrated. even on holidays they called you for the sourcing of the business and waste your time on the name of pathshala training. if you are single and don't have worth in another company than you may join. but on serious note your life will gone a hell. your TSM has its self sourcing code but due to employment pressure you also have to give business to him for the activation. not a penny of incentive you get in this company and not a single MIS shared regarding your incentive slab. they only want you to work like a salavery. in each and every morning meeting they realise and feel you shame and demotivate you regarding that you are getting this salary and not doing enough business. even they had medical tieup with star health and if you or your family gwt admit in the hospital there is no support from anyone in the company and at last you have to pay it from your pocket.
...ironment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.
