I am not able to understand the policy of this company each and everyone of the Ops leaders are telling me a different thing. I am a slight concerned about my company's managers Sharique and Deepak how the hak they handle there SMO, everytime I am able to see her she would be concern about agents who are not on their chair even though it's there break such a pain.

The job criteria and the salary matches the exact. You got the opportunity of promotion by filling the igps after the 6 months working period. It's literally very impressive work environment. People there is supportive also.

Dislikes

The work life balance if someone expressed there medical concern is high even with the proper documents and doctor consult. They are not listening to it they thought the person infront created the drama for the leaves. Specially in the case of women when she asking suffering from cramps and unable to sit then why the team leader is forcing to hit the tarket and have to sit on the floor not understand much.

The only thing I like is salary on time as other companies

Dislikes

1. Abusive culture 2. Salary deductions, you have to punch breaks on time whatever client have told u, if u miss then there is a salary deduction 3. Unstable process 4. Security guards in this office works like constable in Police station, they will keep on checking the floor and they dont get any time bombs or weapons fróm the floor 5. No changes in shifts, if you are favourite team then only u will get good shifts, otherwise get ready for night shifta for 6-10 months continuously, 6. They promote people with no comm skills, and zero professionalism, so new TL will feel like nawab and only target girls to feel like a king, 7. Even a right HR cannot survive, or Any new Operations Manager 8. If u want to achieve target then u have to lie with your customers because this is what u r being taught indirectly as the process is almost favoring scam activities 9. Something is wrong inside this company, as the more professional and ethical u r, the more they make u feel like left out, and the more abusive and an alchoholic person u r, the more better treatment u will get THERE ARE N NUMBER OF THINGS I DO NOT WANT TO MENTION HERE BUT PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE, IF you DO NOT HAVE A cOMPULSION THANK YOU AND TAKE CARE

Could do better by increasing the percent during annual appraisal. However the appraisal structure is depending on bell curve (which is good) I personally haven't experience anything poor for Taskus

...tinued talking and mocking me .. that was literally mentally harassment .. i know they are giving you salary package but trust me they are blood suckers .. they can disrespect you in front of anyone .i will never gonna recommend anyone over there . RIDICULOUS MANAGEMENT

I dont like anything over there .. food is limited and quantity and quality is not sufficient according to the prices .work Management is pathetic.transport service is useless .. you have to wake up 3 hours before your shift . Bevause they will start calling you before 3 hours and don’t worry if you are going to complaint they are not going to listen to you or consider you even ..
