... work. Finally, I got selected here as an HR. The company culture was very good. Here the main important thing is, that the company gives every 3 months appraisal in our salary. It's very helpful for me to increase my salary for every 3 months.

It was my first place, where I started my career as HR , I really going through with a comfortable and career growth workplace. *We have a attractive appraisal system and reward system for our employees. *We are providing pre-offer Training for freshers, which will help them to have a good exposure. * If you are career oriented person, definitely I would suggest our company for your future goals.

it's one of the growing companies in Trichy , and it is the best platform for the freshers to build their career growth here .During training they guided me very well,good atmosphere to work.

As of now i dont work with this company anymore. But they have a very poor hygeinic conditions with no proper sanitatory facilities even.

Dislikes

The whole office is just a 10×10 cc space with no proper place for even to relax. There is no proper sanitatory places and no place to even sit and have food.
