... work. Finally, I got selected here as an HR. The company culture was very good. Here the main important thing is, that the company gives every 3 months appraisal in our salary. It's very helpful for me to increase my salary for every 3 months.

Salary Increment for every 3 months. Overtime Pay for 4 days of extra salary. Leave Reimbursement for 1 day extra salary. Monthly Rewards. Rs 1,000 Motivational Appraisal every 6 months & Yearly once.

It was my first place, where I started my career as HR , I really going through with a comfortable and career growth workplace. *We have a attractive appraisal system and reward system for our employees. *We are providing pre-offer Training for freshers, which will help them to have a good exposure. * If you are career oriented person, definitely I would suggest our company for your future goals.
