- Not using the latest programming language and frameworks. (It's fully depending on ASP.NET) - They are not bringing client projects on their own efforts; they depend on employee interviews. - They fire using silly excuses - Director has no anger control (which affect employee emotion)

Company needs to work harder to get solid clients which will bring more stability and the employees can feel more confident and secure about their job

it's a wonderful place to work tools and technology up to date, good learning experience, the work environment is very dynamic and there is no limit for salary and pay for the right candidates.

there is not much which you may dislike about this organisation except extra pressure during some critical release that to is manageable
