Dislikes

No pay parity. Difference of 10L between me and my peers for the same role. They try to match the disparity by giving you 10% increments annually. It'll take 10 years with this method.

Your salary will be totally based on your number of years experience not what you bring to the table or how proficient you are in your skills. If a 5 years exp employee lacks skills but you can do that work still he will be paid more than you

Target, as a company, is the best for employees. Employees are well taken care of. There's wonderful culture, there's job security and good benefits.

The lower level management and internal politics. Unworthy candidates are promoted and the worthy ones over work without much recognition,compensation and career growth. Not all departments are such but the ones that suffer do not even get HR assistance.

No job security. If you get in as a contractor then no value for you. They will differentiate you and the actual employee. If you are sick on some days as a human being, they don’t respect it and mark a black dot on your name for taking a leave. Then without no notice prior minimum of 30 days, they will fire your right before one week of last working day. Horrible manager and mentor who were women. So the moral of the story is a woman’s worst enemy is another woman.
