...t have much respect for developers if you go to them even for official purposes. The salary they give is exploitative. They do not care about talent. Even if you request for a CTC revision, they will not listen to you.

Good colleagues in project teams, lunch, appraisals

Dislikes

No job security, recently lost few projects and resulted in silent layoffs, lot of politics between the higher ups. Especially the Director, IBU Heads and the Delivery Managers. Lot of favoritism was also seen during my tenure.

- No top Down hierarchy model - free lunch at office - oppurtunity to expolore new technologies and work on POc - work life balance - salary hikes

- company need to invest more on individual personal learning & trainings. - better infrastucture

Toxic work culture Biasing Attention to only certain group of people who are with them from long time No support from Leadership (Delivery Manager, Director, HR, MD) Regional politics being superseded over sustaining talented people

Appraisals are good. Good hike during promotions. Free food. Insurance. New learning for few employees

Dislikes

Kerala, Karnataka etc. (or near by) People Politics as they only rewarded. they only can get 2-3 promotions in a Year.
