Job security was in highest degree. Manpower is highly valued for TAQA. Salary was fantastic. Traveling policy, work environment, innovations, etc was in highest degree. Very worst culture. Top management (MD) not capable to handle employee . Not capable both technically and commercially . TAQA good but here indian top management people not good , fully corrupted environment

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
