Navigating a Demanding Work Environment Throughout my time at the company, I've experienced significant disappointments and noted critical shortcomings. A pervasive toxic culture has deeply undermined morale and productivity, while the lack of job security perpetuates a sense of uncertainty and anxiety among employees. There is a noticeable failure to acknowledge hard work and dedication. Project managers' lack of essential knowledge adversely affects project outcomes and stunts employee development. Additionally, concerns persist regarding a particular manager who exhibits unwarranted confidence and favors close associates, despite their questionable contributions. This manager unfairly targets high-performing employees. Further exacerbating the challenging atmosphere is the HR department's inefficiency and lack of support. They struggle to address employee concerns and provide meaningful assistance, compounding the difficulties faced by staff. Overall, the company falls short in fostering a supportive and conducive work environment. These issues significantly impact job satisfaction and overall well-being. Despite these challenges, I wish the company all the best and hope they will address these issues proactively.

1.They don't give any combo off or payment for overtime or extra days, they simply convince us to do for client requirements. 2.They don't give respect to employees. 3.They just need working hours. 4.Workculture is the worse thing. 5.we should never expect the Increments and incentives based on the performance. 6.Not even the mineral water we can't expect. 7.We can't even survive after leaving the organization just because of the projects. 8.Toxic work environment. 9.Break timings are the worse(15min tea, 25min for dinner) 10.None can dare to sip the tea they provide in the breaks.

Company is worst there is no career growth here there are many points first things they do not treat you as an employee they treat as you are working under them (labour) second they will not allow mobiles if in case in any emergency if you use your mobile in between working hours they will not send you to the break third thing breaks the breaks are like 1st break is for 15 min and the second break is for 25 min, how a person can eat in 25 min without getting health issues . Fourth thing communication you will see no one person talking in english or speaking the native language professionaly FINAL THING I WANT TO SAY IS IF THEY GIVE 10LPA ALSO SONT JOIN IN THIS COMPANY

-Due to tight deadlines you will get good hands on for your project/Tech stack you are working on.

Dislikes

-Managers are very rude and behaves very badly with employees. -Most of the managers dont have technical knowledge. Especially the manager with whom i worked he dont even have common sense to find out who is speaking true and who is speaking false. -They scold you infront of everyone to make yourself feels bad and even comment about your code like it is like a college project -There is guy name kumar sandip suman he does very much micro management and employees felt toxic due to his bad behaviour and couple of them even put down the papers due to him.Hope nature will do justice for the bad behaviour he do with the employees.
