There is a noticeable failure to acknowledge hard work and dedication. Project managers' lack of essential knowledge adversely affects project outcomes and stunts employee development. Additionally, concerns persist regarding a particular manager who exhibits unwarranted confidence and favors close associates, despite their questionable contributions. This manager unfairly targets high-performing employees. Further exacerbating the challenging atmosphere is the HR department's inefficiency and lack of support. They struggle to address employee concerns and provide meaningful assistance, compounding the difficulties faced by staff.
