Be careful, initially they speak with you well

Dislikes

Be Careful, they have set up interviews for me with a company, one person told I have been selected and wait for documentation, the same person after few weeks told me that she never spoke to me and doesn't know me, I called an other person and initially she also said that she doesn't know me, when I mentioned the company and people names I got interviewed with, she told me that I'm second in line for a different position.. completely untrustworthy

Nothing is good in this company At the time of joining they will chase you nicely… after that they will move you here and there And then they asked you to leave HR is also pathetic she has no manners and etiquette

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
