New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

The Taj group of Hotels which is a Tata organisation is the best company to work for. The organisation is actually an institution which imbibes the best qualities like leadership, team building,high level of passion , honesty etc in an Individual. The work environment is simply fantastic and very secure.The hierarchy is great and the senior Management is very professional but has a human aspect in their decisions.Overall the Taj group is high esteemed company and is one of the best companies to work for.

Toxic work culture. They are just ruined the TATA name l, micro managments,less salary,more working hours,even if u have take ur PL or Off u have to buttering ur manager for it, HR is useless after lot of complain they did not take any action against the manager even for harresment also.

Nothing to like about this company. Worst company to work for. Women are not safe in this company in Taj lands there were camras found in the ladies washroom and the hr department was begging us to not file a police complaint against them to same their brand image.
