My team was the most inspiration for me throughout my working career at The Gateway Taj and The staff was also very supportive we used to have a small party at a fix location for the Best performance of the Staff. That was the best thing for me because we used be more friendly rather than being a staff. I learnt a lot of things fromGateway as it was a new property at Hubli. I went through IDS software I am much more perfect in using the software I learnt about how to handle the Guest softly in all the situations. The only one thing which I hated the most and which led me to not be a part of the team for a long period of time was the payment process. They use to make the payments very slow they used to delay a month to issue the salary of previous month. I am earning and even i am struggling to look after my family and even i need to look after the loans which I took according to our necessity. So it was hard for me to continue my team work with the esteem so I decided to move onn with Some other company who really value their staff. Company Policies are great but no work life balance and no respect. If you join at any level you'd be treated like a labour. 14 hrs to 16 hrs a day working. You gain respect if you're working at Taj. But not at work & that's for sure.. Also, internal politics and favouritism at par level. No humanitarian values, no fear of labour laws in the name of Brand.
