Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Heavy work pressure, sometimes I have worked in a routine shifts without sleeping in a day but my head hasn't appreciated my work. I have worked hardley without any delay or waste of time. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, my senior only helped me to guide step-by-step instructions and process.

There is no restriction while working . You can work according to condition of market . In this job you learned how to knew about client interest . While working with this company there is nothing like immediate pressure.
