This organization treats its employee like a bonded laborer at its site . Makes you work for 12-16 hours and doesn't give anything for it. none of their rules are fair.

There much things to learn except salary and don't expect that you will be treated with dignity there are many bunch of idiots they don't know the human etiquette. Most probably you can say they are not human.

Dislikes

many things, I joined isgec as a fresher. but I never got any enjoy full moments. even right now I work on contract but far happy. I can not bear that pressure again. it was almost against the humanity.

Its just waste of valuable time only politics and no salary you will have to wait for 3 months atleast. Compny polices are good but tge higher management change that according to their requirement.
