Intially as it was my first job after graduation which taught me various skills like leadership, management, sales learning, technical skills and other experiences. Along with this, Tafe provided me an amazing platform to develop field working skills, customer management and dealer/channel partners management.

Dislikes

...o growth and development is necessary to learn about skills and grow up along. Compensation and incentive are quite decent, as per growth it's a bit slow. Seniors and colleagues are good as teacher.

Good learning, Product is good, salary on time, innovative company. Outstation travel policy is good.

Dislikes

Appraisal and job security completely depends upon reporting manager. Politics in some regions. I received appreciation from customers but my reporting manager never appreciated me. Developed new areas, dealers. Never highlighted my achievements.

The compensation is below market standard. TMTL should reconsider and align their compensation structure with market demands.
