Even after completing the probation period, the promised salary adjustment to 2.4 LPA never occurred, and they continue to pay only 15k. The company’s facilities are substandard, resembling rented rooms or a lodge rather than a professional workspace. Rooms and washrooms are not cleaned regularly, making it difficult to feel comfortable or adjusted in this environment. Each month, when the salary is due, management behaves in a toxic and rude manner, often finding minor faults to justify delays. They also show a lack of empathy, failing to understand or support employees dealing with personal issues. This lack of professionalism, combined with poor communication and unsatisfactory work conditions, makes it hard to recommend this organization to others.
