You will get lot of free time as there is literally no much work coming in. Management is struggling to get new projects. But fortunately I got very good team mates.

Dislikes

...terally any work to do. We have to go to office just to satisfy the requirement. Pay is average. HR is very annoying. Once you plan to quit HR treats you very rudely. Happened to one of my friends. No opportunity for growth as they are simply hiring people and keeping them idol.

The company culture is really good. The office premise is just top notch. There is a lot of scope for learning if you have the right motovation for it. Many different activities are also organised by the the admin and the HR team.

Dislikes

The salary growth is something I was not happy with, just from a perspective of a fresher joining this MNC. HR and Management engagement was very less. But yeah it depends from domain to domain.

Great work culture, salary and appraisals are good. Great people as well

Dislikes

Only issue is they are forcing everyone to be back at office in India. Their international counterparts are reducing office space as they are not going to force people to come to office. As a DT group every entity should follow the same rule. But Indian management is of an archaic mindset when it comes to remote working

Only the infrastructure ! Good parkingspace, office located in highstreet one of the class area in Pune.Nothing else.

Dislikes

Worst management, very unprofessional, alot politics! less compensation. No hike, no rewards, no promotion, no appreciation, no reimbursement, no wfh flexibility , no cab facility. Only those people get hike who are in favour of lead and management. lead always try to down moral, torture, harass the employees who are not in her favour or not in her personal group. Always try to target the employees who are introvert and work hard. Always in favour with the person who are in their group.

Nothing much to say because this is well known to management here in T-Systems India but it's never too late to re-look in your strategy to retain resource. Current stage is pathetic for sure.

Dislikes

...Learning and development comes with contract which no one will prefer to sign. Poor salary correction compared to market and workload. Many such points to highlight but not writing considering this public platform. PS-My motive behind this feedback to improve companies growth by retaining skill.
