Nepotism should be its synonyms. People with less talent and no skills will see tremendous growth if they are related to in any ways with a certain manager or leader. Technical skill growth zero but yes you will learn to deal with office politics. CEO is the only positive personality at TSI. Also there is no canteen nor any good dine out place nearby.
