1. Very nice work culture, it's like family and have some space to learn, express your thoughts 2. Company making their position very strong in banking and airlines. 3. From mainframe to java,javascript many languages are being used in various projects

Dislikes

1. Management has to diversify their domain and technologies. Sticking to very few domains quite risky.(Example Covid, many airlines were closed upto 2 years) 2. Management has to cross check the salary standards and implement. Getting good compensation helps employee to perform much better

Work policy: Few have WFH and few have WFO. Depends on project and client
