Nothing is good about this organisation. There is one lady who doesn’t even know how to speak with employees. Humiliate every person in front of the whole organisation.

No fun activities. No celebrations in Diwali, Holi, even expect you to support their client requirements on weekends. Lots of work pressure. Will give you 5 roles a day and expect you to deliver. Will give you a new role at 6 PM. Make calls like you are working in a BPO and at last will say I don’t see you working, I don’t care how you deliver it. No learnings and growth. Join a BPO but don’t join TD Newton. They except you to come early and go late, no work life balance and yes no increments. But lots and lots of work.

Nothing, such a cheap company. I can advice people not to join.. You will earn nothing, only loose your mental peace.

Very good company for early age professionals, Talented folks, politics free environment, premium clients, quarterly/half yearly/yearly appreciations, good perks like incentives, bonanza etc.

If you want to work in a BPO than you should join it otherwise don't they pressure you to call 100 people everyday and expect from you that from those 100 people 50 people will pick your call.they exploits their employees and the reporting manager threaten you openly in front of others that if you don't perform well they will fire you.they don't appreciate your efforts.
