...the outside world and recognize that there are few factors influencing the work. Huge attrition rate, Management may be trying to retain employees through various means, yet it not prioritized increasing the salary package to remain competitive with other companies. As a former employee, I appreciated the work life balance and Work from home option for some time, but it may not be the same experience for everyone and it depends on the project nature. Salary is paid on first Tuesday of every month, company should consider implementing a consistent payment date. Inconsistency in the salary dates impacted much, and it was also one of the reasons for my exit from the company. Otherwise a good place to learn and grow.

The community who should join this company are freshers or people who are looking forward to explore new technologies. They always challenge the latest technology. Also CEO Mr.Joe(sir) is a real technical mentor. Co workers are very friendly and u I'll get afeel of being in family. Unlike other small companies, they conduct team building every quarter without fail.

...ls will improve. Job security- yes there are termination for poor performers. Salary - will be credited on time and appraisal is always a pain which is usual when dealing with any company. I joined as a fresher so not sure how they negotiate. Work life balance - is a worst part. You will work more than what you are interested to add you start of with new technologies. Micro management, cunning processes and irritating hrs, frequent warnings for project crisis and some other limitations are there. But over all it's a good company.

As a new mom, balancing work and family life can be challenging. The flexibility in the work environment here has been a game-changer. From accommodating my schedule to offering a supportive system has enabled me to excel in my role. The trust and opportunities for growth that Sysvine provides encourage women to step into leadership roles. This culture of empowerment and inclusivity has opened doors to explore leadership opportunities that I had not imagined possible so soon. Sysvine is not just a workplace; it fosters growth, supports ambitions, and enables women to thrive both personally and professionally. I feel truly valued and inspired to contribute even more, knowing I have this kind of support behind me.
