It was a great struggle I had to get the team grow to other level with accurate output, I appreciate all the team members as they supported me for being there leader.

The is no protocol followed in the work station. Higher management makes non sense changes in the team/ project. And me being the lead have to follow the orders inspite of the fact, the outcomes are a failure. Under paid, did not stick onto the promises! A lead was getting paid as a Sr. Associate, what worst can I expect?
