This message is an awareness for freshers who is gone start their carrier in omega Health care management services i have worked in omega Healthcare management services almost 1 year and also served my notice period promptly but after leaving the job when i was asking for full and final settlement and experience letter they we're saying that since i didn't complete one year job with them i need to pay 15000 for training that they have provided at initial they told it was mentioned in offer letter later when checked it was not mentioned in offer letter when i asked to hrbp he told that it was informed during On-boarding and training i don't remember since says days passed so I asked one of colleague regarding that he also told that it was not informed during that time. Most of my batch met left within a year now i am unable to get my experience letter since i have negative balance so only if settle that amount i will be able to get my relieving letter i am a extremely poor person now i am unable pay to them Back. I request all of you to take time and read all terms and conditions carefully with omega Healthcare management services especially check that have you made agreement with TRAP( training repayment agreement provisions).
