No work life balance. Every day has its own beginning. Sales , Liquidation & collection...that's all. In daytime sales person do sales in field & in night he used to do same business in dream. Very dirty politics. Deserving candidates are always get the kick , and sycophant's job is not only secured but also he will grow rapidly. Job of the HR is just to appoint an employee. They will never listen the problems of employee & forget they will sought out it. Higher management is only concerned about the budget numbers, they don't care who the hell will bring that. They don't think for a second to fire you. Emotion less fellows. No humanity , No employee friendly atmosphere. Yes , self respect less person can survive well at this company.

Job security is good,work culture is excellent,management are also good,company policies are also excellent

Incentives are giving too late compare with other MNC company's and salary is giving less salary

Salary is very low. You don't get Work life balance. Career growth is very slow. You have to work 8-10 years minimum to get promoted from MDO to Territory Manager.

There is work environment is very good. Training and crop leaning according season are timely. In covid 19 pandemic time company distribute food packet for famer. I am satisfied work with syngenta.

Career growth is not satisfied and salary increase is slow
