Financial growth is an issue. Variable payout is a major issue. They won’t pay you even a single penny when you exit the company.

100% Job security and more opportunities . One can get expertise in their skills in very less time.

Compensation to employees is average though the company performs great. The company is more focused on expanding the business and facilities. More work, less paid.

Culture and ambience is excellent, safety is top notch and so is the infrastructure. Good level of approachability and transparency.

Salary and compensation are poor, no monetary rewards for the efforts you put in

Flexibility of working hours but you will loose shift allowance with restricted time log. Good platform to learn & operate advance equipments but later monotonous life.

Dislikes

Salary structure is highly biased and no uniform slab for experienced employee. Poor management culture and policies which sucks your hard earned money. No benefits for employee rather company eats employee money in terms of STI and pleasure leaves encashment policies.
