In terms of liking there was nothing much other than that the timings are 10 - 7 but mind you there a lot of times that you have to work till 10 and 12 and no overtime is payed in respect to that. Overall I feel all the other departments have a good work culture but specifically in the profile of SLD creating and SCADA the managers are not very supportive so keep that in mind if you are from this profile you will have a hard time trying to switch cause very few companies do work like this and if you want to then you might have similar work profile in big companies that are of course not very easy to get into.

So firstly in terms of job profile the starting salary here is around 18k and increments here are a joke even after a year of hard work they only provide increments of about max 4k and if they feel that your job profile is something that you will have a hard time switching then they won't even consider increasing your salary after many requests. Also, one big thing is that this company prefers to hire employees that are a bit from the lower income section of society so that they can force you to do overtime and you being from that section just for the sake of money will do it. In this company, they have a stringent policy as to communicating between peers so if you are a female employee then you don't have to worry cause they have about 5 - 6 female employees only in this whole company and they will take good care of you. But if you are a male employee please avoid talking to other female employees cause that's a strict policy ofc not said out loud but it might hamper your increment and future in the company. From learning point of view you can learn good enough knowledge from here. Still, my personal opinion would be that get in stay there for 1.5 yr to 2 years and keep looking for better oppourtunity. Once you get leave and move forward with a company with better ethics and work - life balence i am only saying this because i have been called multiple times even on the holidays to work and i dont mean weekend ; I mean company recognized holidays. The office location is in a very disturbed area so keep that in mind while commuting to and fro from there.

Everything is likable till your resignation.

Dislikes

...ing new to learn. The real face of the management will be shown when you resign. They hold your salary, your manager behaviour will torture mentally. Typical 3rd class company behaviour (typical Baniya Type). Also it is graded under C Category. I would not suggest to work for such a company. It is waste of time if you are concerned about your career growth nd learning. Worst experience i had.
