...ing new to learn. The real face of the management will be shown when you resign. They hold your salary, your manager behaviour will torture mentally. Typical 3rd class company behaviour (typical Baniya Type). Also it is graded under C Category. I would not suggest to work for such a company. It is waste of time if you are concerned about your career growth nd learning. Worst experience i had.

Every thing in company is good,all companies think about his own profit but gives you a employment ,this is important.work till you want and left when u want.

Hidden clause for given loyalty bonus and other benifit to employee and very low increment.

Salary structure is quite low as compared to other companies but you get a free hand to do anything at your level

Shift timing. There's no perfect shift timing for those engineers who works at client site.

Company is giving us opportunity to work with railway's project, power projects. Company is giving us Covid-19 kit allowance every month.

Everything I like.. except time of work, promotion and salary hike.

Initially you will get good amount of knowledge in the field of automation, project execution & troubleshooting problems etc. and how to deal with Government entities. Good support for learning and problem solving.

Dislikes

Their is 2 years of bonds for freshers and they will take your Original Documents also for 2 years. You will only get knowledge about their software SIRIUS, Husky & Logic Lab and that knowledge will be useless to other companies but the fundamentals are same for the SCADA and PLC or RTU programming. It will good to work only 2 years in this company not more then that recommended. Work life balance was poor.
