No proper Promotion ,no proper learning and team relations are very poor,no proper opportunities , they don't hire more people instead they keep all burden on one employee pressurizing at worse

I got a good team and lot of learning opportunities, explored on mobility domain which I really loved it

Not being more aggressive towards new technology, or grabbing opportunities in new teachnology. Of course it might be business strategy. If you are too talented n over paced you have to bit slowdown. Otherwise you will have ample time to explore new areas and grow Yousef

Top level management is not available in India and mid level management who are in India looks their own job safety and politics are too high in this matter. If someone tries to contact with top management then immedetly you will be target.

Synergy is always a great company to work or start career irrespective of fresher or experience. Team and Management are always good to handle and resolve things to make sure each and everyone. Decent but market standard salaries, fun activities along with work and HR management is handled very well. Happy and proud to be an Synergian.
