Initial package is good. Except that all is average.

No job security. Asking for Project change is firing or going on bench. No actions over employees concern. Appraisals are just formality. Micro-management about working hours.

Very good payroll and other documents maintained. HRs and managers do listen to your concerns and always address them.

Zero work satisfaction. No work monitoring by synechron managers when you join as a contractor to a client. No proper awards or rewards due to lack of monitoring.

...views. They give around 500 rupees per interview which is usually of 45 minutes. I once received 39k a month just by taking the interviews apart from my normal salary.

None as of now. May be I am with some good project of Morgan where there is work life balance. Others may be having different opinion.

Nothing to like due to how things are managed in every aspects small changes can go alot but

No hike , no value for work efforts people putin , value for the people who does politics, working flexible policy is there but managers will not let you use it, Management need to look at how managers are handling things before things go to worst
